Highlights Location: Lodi, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes. Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate home nursing care needs. Demonstrate competency with infusion therapy. Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation. Care for patients and significant others in a holistic manner. Utilize an interdisciplinary team and document all activities accurately. Complete nursing assessments and medication reconciliations. Implement teaching strategies to meet established goals. Communicate pertinent patient information during transfers of care. Maintain awareness of new standards and incorporate them into practice.
