Now Hiring: Small Part Assemblers

1st and 2nd Shift | $21–$24/hour

As an Assembler, you’ll play a critical role in producing precision fiber assemblies. Your work will require focus, accuracy, and steady hands.

• Measure, cut, and position fiber cables into clips
• Follow blueprints and detailed instructions to assemble components
• Carefully thread color-coded wires into connectors in the correct sequence
• Apply epoxy coatings to protect and strengthen connections
• Use microscopes and small hand tools for precision work
• Perform polishing, curing, and final connection testing

We’re looking for candidates who take pride in their work and thrive in a detail-focused environment.

• 6 months to 1+ year of manufacturing, small parts, or medical assembly experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to clearly distinguish colors (critical for wire placement)
• Comfortable working with microscopes or willing to learn
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr.
