Lead Maintenance Supervisor

Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Covington, LA 70433 Take the lead in maintaining a high-quality apartment community where your technical expertise and leadership skills keep operations running smoothly. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to guide onsite maintenance efforts. Schedule: M-F from 8am-5pm

- To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff
- To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance
- To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs
- To ensure unit turns meet quality standards
- To maintain property safety and compliance expectations
- Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification
- Strong skills in general maintenance trades
- Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload
- Own tools required
- Weekly pay
