Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Virginia.

• A strong foundation in various mental health disorders along with a deep understanding of evidence-based treatment practices.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using inclusive methodologies that are culturally sensitive.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage challenging situations with composure and empathy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
