Senior Vice President, Research & Analytics

Design, manage, execute, and deliver research and integrated analytics client engagements Optimize research, analytics, reporting, and intelligence projects for clients Build and implement strategic measurement frameworks Contribute to the ideation, development, launch, execution, and monetization of Avoq’s proprietary AI‑Powered Intelligence Solutions Cultivate team talent, skills, cross‑functional collaboration, trends, innovation, and new ideas Translate data findings into tactics supporting reputation, business, and policy objectives Design research and integrated analytics methodologies, scope projects, and present findings and actionable recommendations Transform complex data into compelling stories and high‑impact insights Partner with growth and capability leaders to craft client solutions Refine and execute go‑to‑market strategy for the AIP business Engage senior client stakeholders as a consultative partner Identify AIP opportunities across existing clients and new prospects Support RFP responses, develop integrated solutions, and lead pitches Develop thought leadership and innovative solutions Assess emerging technologies and industry trends Develop go‑to‑market strategies for analytics and AI products and services Drive team performance through leadership and project management Create firm‑wide data and analytics training materials, templates, and workshops Set team business strategy, including revenue tracking, project scoping and pricing, and cross‑selling insights products and services Help shape the team’s future vision and direction Requirements 15+ years of work experience in integrated communications marketing / PR firms, public affairs agencies, research firms, public policy organizations, political campaigns, or government Ability to translate high-level strategic plans into actionable projects and OKRs with comprehensive timelines, budgets, and reporting Experience creating robust reporting dashboards or other similar data visualization tools Strong experience effectively supporting senior clients (C‑Suite and similar) in high‑stakes, fast‑moving, complex scenarios Role‑model leadership with a positive, open, friendly, and respectful attitude High ethical standards and appropriate professional demeanor Advanced understanding of quantitative and qualitative, primary and secondary research and integrated analytics methodologies Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and their role in research and integrated analytics Expert use of advanced data platforms, social listening platforms, influencer marketing technology, audience intelligence platforms, and AI tools Capability to rapidly learn Avoq’s approaches, methodologies, solutions, and evolving suite of data, research, and analytics tools Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in integrated communications marketing and analytics, with a strong focus on translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic client solutions.
