Nothing in this section is meant to create a contractual benefit, just a glimpse into the way we show up for each other and make Jaxon more than a place to work!Primary Duties:Produces accurate and complete schedules for all active and anticipated projectsDevelops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with managementDetermines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elementsDetermines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standardsCoordinates with customers to communicate project status and minimize scope creepReviews and delivers all project submittalsDevelop/maintain project logs & trackers such as procurement, customer deliverables, RFI's and change managementPrepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsRequirementsRequired Job Qualifications:Understanding of and proficiency with plan reading, specifications, statements of work or request for proposalsExperience coordinating project teams and schedulesProficient with MS Office suite and MS ProjectWillingness to be coached and learn new skills in a growing industryDesired Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or two years of experience as a project engineer or similar role in a specifically related field such as Commercial/Industrial Construction, DoD contracting, EMP protection or Manufacturing.Who We're Looking For:You're someone who brings solid project engineering know-how and attention to detail to every part of the job.
