OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler II to join our dynamic team in Carlsbad, CA, 92010. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for hands-on work and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and blueprints.Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet established standards.Utilize various hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.Document assembly processes and report any issues to the supervisor.Participate in training and development activities as required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Proficient in using hand tools and basic machinery.Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
