A luxury oceanfront condominium community in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a 252-unit high-rise property. This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing staff, financial operations, resident relations, capital projects, and board communications during an exciting period of transition to self-management.
The community is currently implementing new systems, navigating operational improvements, and preparing for several major capital improvement projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee daily operations of a 252-unit luxury condominium high-rise
• Serve as the primary liaison between residents, staff, vendors, and the Board of Directors
• Manage association budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance
• Coordinate and oversee major capital improvement projects and special assessments
• Supervise on-site staff including the Assistant Manager, Finance Manager, Engineer, Maintenance Technicians, and Concierge team
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations
• Lead resident communications and support a high level of customer service
• Monitor building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and amenity operations
• Assist with operational improvements, system implementation, and process standardization WHY YOU MATTER

• 3-5+ years of Community Association Management experience
• Experience managing condominium, HOA, or high-rise residential communities
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management skills
• Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and staff members simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience overseeing capital projects and reserve planning preferred
• Familiarity with association management software platforms such as Enumerate, Vantaca, CINC, or similar systems preferred
