About the Role We’re looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes online engagement. Someone who knows how to spark conversations, celebrate wins, and build genuine relationships — not just schedule posts. You’ll manage two key spaces: Our Facebook Group — a warm, supportive home for Taily customers to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with other pet parents. Our Discord Server — an energetic community of content creators and ambassadors who create videos, share results, and earn rewards for their creativity. Your mission is simple: keep both communities alive, engaged, and growing. What You’ll Do Be present daily — replying, reacting, and leading conversations that make people feel seen and heard. Welcome new members and keep engagement high through posts, polls, challenges, and events. Build relationships with creators on Discord and help them stay excited and active. Encourage customers in the Facebook group to share feedback, transformations, and tips. Create and manage weekly engagement plans and monthly activation campaigns. Track growth and engagement metrics and share insights with the marketing team. Collaborate with the creator manager and marketing team to align messaging across channels. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience managing online communities or social media groups. Excellent written communication — friendly, witty, and empathetic. Comfortable being “the face” of a brand in chats, posts, and DMs. Deep understanding of culture, memes, and community gamification. Passionate about pets, wellness, and positive online spaces.
