Monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure long-term stability. Foster a collaborative environment where every team member feels supported and energized to do their best work. Act as the primary point of contact for complex client concerns, maintaining our reputation for excellence. Requirements Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry with a clear track record of leadership. Strong command of agency management systems and data analysis tools. Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales staff. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Expertise in local market development and strategic planning.
