As our growing outpatient private practice continues to expand, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team.

Position Overview

In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management services for clients through a combination of telehealth and in-person appointments. Our practice offers fully furnished office space, administrative support, and established systems so you can focus on delivering exceptional mental health care.

You will provide services to clients throughout Pennsylvania and/or Maryland, as well as any additional states where you hold an active license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care.
• Deliver services through a secure telehealth platform and in our office locations.
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinical staff to coordinate quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and evidence-based standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Pennsylvania and/or Maryland (required).
• Minimum of three years of psychiatric or mental health experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth technology.
• Ability to commute to our Greencastle, PA and/or Jefferson, MD office for hybrid scheduling preferred.
