Bilingual Intake Coordinator

To support a dynamic team, the remote Bilingual Intake Coordinator will oversee the Intake team, ensuring timely collection and logging of client information, while maintaining quality standards and proposing process improvements. Key responsibilities Coordinate the Intake team to ensure all client leads are collected and logged within 24 hours Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, reviewing and correcting the team's work as needed Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes to equip consultants with essential client data Required qualifications Prior experience leading or coordinating a team in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to collect client information accurately and completely Strong attention to detail with sound judgment for reviewing team outputs Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and direction Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed
