Phlebotomist Lab Associate I (Inpatient) - Nights

Full-Time Lab Associate I – Phlebotomy (Inpatient) Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis County, Missouri. Position Details Night Shift Hours: 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM Days: Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday Every 3rd weekend required 2 on-call weekends per year required Holiday rotation required (2 per year) Qualifications & Experience Phlebotomy experience (highly preferred) Experience as a Phlebotomist, Lab Technician, Lab Associate, or in laboratory blood draw Expert blood draw skills Requirements High School Diploma or GED (required) Phlebotomy experience (preferred) Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and interaction ensuring proper specimen collection and integrity. Coordinate simultaneous tasks accurately, including STAT orders, workload fluctuations, prioritizing work to meet turnaround times. Interact with laboratory, clinical, and other ancillary departments. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferred Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles.
