Job Description:


- Exciting Opportunity: We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for this rewarding position.
- Salary Range: Competitive annual salary between $75,000 - $110,000 based on your experience.

About the Role:
- Evaluate and treat patients of all ages with functional deficits due to illness, injury, musculoskeletal dysfunction, or birth defects.
- Work independently or under the orders of physicians and licensed independent practitioners.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in outpatient, acute care, and post-acute care settings .
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patient needs.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to PTAs and support staff while maintaining responsibility for their treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and rehabilitation potential.
- Document all assessments and treatment plans in medical records.
- Coordinate services and treatment plans with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Serve as a mentor or Clinical Instructor for PT and PTA students.
- Conduct educational sessions for the public and other departments, enhancing community education efforts.
- Ensure patient safety and effective use of equipment and technology.

Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in physical therapy.
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan.
- Successful completion of all fieldwork placements demonstrating competency in PT principles and techniques.
- Field experience in physical therapy is required.

- Strong communication skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and staff.
