Machinist – 2nd ShiftDo you enjoy figuring out how to make the part, not just loading a machine and pressing cycle start?I'm recruiting an experienced Machinist for an established industrial equipment manufacturer. This is a 2nd-shift, job-shop environment with a good mix of CNC and manual machining.You'll work on one-off parts and small production runs, setting up and operating mills and lathes, reading engineering drawings, making G/M-code adjustments, and inspecting your own work.We're looking for someone with:3+ years of job-shop machining experienceCNC setup and programming experienceManual machining skillsMills and lathesG/M-code knowledgeGD&T and blueprint readingMicrometers, calipers and bore gaugesExperience machining a variety of materialsIf you're a machinist who likes variety, challenging parts and doing more than repetitive production work, I'd like to talk with you.Interested?
