American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier aerospace fabrication facility in Puyallup, WA to hire a full-time Mill Machinist . Description for Mill Machinist:

Set up and operate complex milling machines and traditional lathes safely.
Machine precision aerospace components from various metals, plastics, and nonmetals.
Maintain exceptionally tight tolerances and perform regular part quality audits.
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, design layouts, and technical specifications.
Maintain a highly organized, clean, and safe workspace on the facility floor.

Details for Mill Machinist:

Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00 / hour (DOE).
Schedule: Monday through Thursday | Night Shift (3:15 PM - 1:45 AM).
Location: Puyallup, WA.

Requirements for Mill Machinist:

Prior experience as a CNC machinist or machine operator required (experienced mill operators preferred).
Proven competency executing setups and modifications on mills and/or lathes.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with micrometers and calipers.
Reliable personal transportation and a track record of excellent attendance.
