$1,000 Sign-on Bonus after successfully completing 90 days. Base hourly pay of $19.00/hour plus monthly bonus. Summary Collector position to recover outstanding debts on client accounts while creating a positive consumer experience and negotiating to satisfy debt quickly and responsibly. Responsibilities Communicate with consumers via phone. Basic skiptracing. Negotiate repayment of debts according to firm/client standards. Maintain a professional demeanor and support a positive consumer experience in all interactions. Accurately enter data into database and tracking system. Review consumer files and maintain confidentiality at the highest level. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 1–3 years of collections, call center, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or related experience (preferred but not required). Competencies Excellent communication and people skills. Organized, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented. Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining composure. Confident and engaging, yet polite and compassionate. Attention to detail and ability to reason and think quickly when negotiating. Working knowledge of MS Office.
