Sr. Product Support Specialist

Primary Purpose: Leads execution of complex customer and product changes and serves as a subject‑matter expert for Customer Change Management (CCM), master data, labeling, and visual decoration. Provides execution leadership, mentors Product Support Specialists, and partners with cross‑functional teams and manufacturing plants to reduce risk and ensure consistent execution. Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end execution of complex or high‑risk CCM changes Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks related to timing, data accuracy, and plant readiness Lead creation, validation, and correction of complex BOM structures Serve as escalation point for master data, labeling, and execution defects Own accuracy and completeness of Visual Decoration Slides (VDS) for assigned portfolios Partner with Graphic Arts and plants on complex labeling and decoration changes Act as a trusted execution partner to manufacturing sites Participate in cross‑functional discussions to align feasibility and execution constraints Mentor Product Support Specialists and share best practices Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related field 5–7 years of experience in product support, operations, or manufacturing Strong understanding of CCM execution, master data, BOMs, labeling, and VDS Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence without formal authority Strong communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills Benefits Medical, dental and vision care coverage and a 401(k) savings plan with company matching – all starting on date of hire Tuition reimbursement, perks, and discounts Parental and caregiver leave programs All the usual benefits such as paid time off, flexible spending, short‑and long‑term disability, basic life insurance, business travel insurance, and Employee Assistance Program Global market strength and worldwide market share leadership HQ location earns LEED certification for sustainability plus a full‑service cafeteria and workout facility Clarios has been recognized as one of 2026's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere.
