Box Truck Delivery Driver

Location: Lewisville, TX 75067

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Shift: 1st

Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Safely transport passengers to designated locations following assigned routes and schedules. Operate buses in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit. Perform routine checks on the bus, including fuel levels, tires, and overall condition. Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and exiting the bus when needed. Respond to passenger inquiries regarding routes, schedules, and services. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior. Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department. Complete required documentation, such as trip logs and incident reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid drivers license with appropriate classification for operating buses. Knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers. Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful or emergency situations. Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance checks. Physical capability to operate the bus and assist passengers when necessary. Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
