Quick Facts Location: 9483 North Fort Washington Road, Fresno, CA 93730 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing (Permanent position) Shift: 24-hour shifts (typically 5-6 shifts/month, 7AM-7AM) Hours/week: 40-48 hours/week (based on shifts) Employment Type: Permanent direct hire License/Certs: Board Certified in OB-GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA - active or in process for CA licensure Experience: 1-5 years preferred, delivery experience required (vaginal and C-sections) Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: pay details will be discussed during interview) Benefits: Competitive salary package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time and holidays Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Provide inpatient obstetrical care at a busy Level 2 NICU hospital environment Manage approximately 13-14 patients daily in inpatient and outpatient settings Perform deliveries (average 4-5 per 24-hour shift), mostly vaginal, with some C-sections Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document care using EPIC electronic medical records Participate in weekend and holiday shifts with premium pay, no on-call duties What You Need Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active or pending California medical license Current BLS, ACLS, DEA certifications Delivery experience required Preferred 1-5 years of relevant practice experience COVID-19 vaccination compliance mandated About the Assignment This direct-hire role is with a leading facility in Fresno, CA, providing high-quality obstetric care in a supportive environment with advanced electronic medical records.
