Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other provider groups.Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and the outdoors.Qualifications:Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.Leadership experience preferred, but a collaborative mindset and respect for the care-team model are essential.We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support.
