Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor (Load-Out Operations)

$20.00 per hour
Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nightly warehouse load-out operations in a fast-paced delivery and logistics environment. This role is responsible for leading a small warehouse team and ensuring that outbound freight is accurately staged, verified, and loaded onto approximately 40 delivery trucks per night.

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, distribution-focused setting and understands the importance of accuracy in last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a small warehouse crew during nightly load-out

• Coordinate and assist drivers with staging and loading outbound freight

• Ensure correct product and freight is loaded onto assigned trucks

• Update and maintain nightly load spreadsheets and tracking documents

• Verify shipment accuracy and resolve discrepancies before dispatch

• Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff

• Maintain workflow efficiency and safety standards

• Support general warehouse operations (90% warehouse-based role)

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution leadership experience preferred

• Experience in shipping, loading, or freight coordination highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Basic computer skills (spreadsheet updates required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shift
