You create product displays that are safe, clean, visually appealing, and easy for customers to access.\n \n \nWhile most of your time will be spent on activities that don't involve customer interaction, you may be expected to engage with customers when the opportunity arises. You'll be expected to listen to customers and answer questions, communicate product or warranty information, and assist in locating or handling merchandise.\n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n \n Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks \n Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping \n Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, as well as digital maintenance of this information throughout the store \n Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels \n Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, sorting products in proper locations, and ensuring displays are placed appropriately throughout the store \n Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays. \n Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager \n Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders \n Complete other duties as assigned \n \n Minimum Qualifications \n \n \n Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction) \n Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others \n Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks \n Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time \n Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation \n \n Preferred Qualifications \n \n \n Lowe's sales floor experience \n Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays. \n Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment \n Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.) \n \n \nLowe's commitment to growth and teamwork extends to the community as well. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment.\n \n \nLifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed.
