We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Client Onboarding (Internal Job Title: Client Onboarding Sr Analyst - C12). This role requires in-depth knowledge, analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to lead and coach teams. The incumbent will influence decisions, manage cross‑functional relationships, and ensure robust risk management practices. Responsibilities Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups. Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation, and organizational skills. Ensures timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues. Manages daily account opening and maintenance processing, including in‑process, pended, and service‑related activities. Handles project management within account services and manages cross‑functional relationships with all teams. Develops new work procedures and analyzes complex issues with significant departmental impact. Encourages cross‑functional training for staff to enrich their skill base. Optimizes manpower to achieve higher productivity levels. Understands and implements client requirements accurately. Monitors customer satisfaction, service levels, and drives process changes with innovative solutions. Establishes risk management practices and maintains a culture of risk and controls. Reduces transaction defects and develops performance metrics to track defects and productivity. Assesses risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and escalates control issues with transparency. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance and related cash products preferred. Good interpersonal communication skills, capable of communicating with internal and external partners. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated project management skill, including financial cost management. Advanced execution skills in prioritization; experience with customer service, system handling, testing, and rollouts. Ability to achieve business objectives without compromising controls and risk parameters. Comfortable interacting with senior management and regulators, coaching and developing people. Willingness to work staggered hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus. Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
