Overview As the Epsilon Client Lead for Tech, Data, and Digital, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of client relationships and driving substantial growth for Epsilon. By serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Epsilon's full suite of products and services, you will directly engage with senior client stakeholders, guiding them to maximize the value of our technology, data, and digital solutions. You will play a key role in expanding the utilization of Epsilon solutions, ensuring that clients understand and benefit from the full breadth of our offerings. Through strategic account planning, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and delivering tailored sales approaches, you will help clients achieve their business objectives, ultimately driving revenue growth and long‑term success. Collaborating across multiple teams, including Publicis Groupe leadership and Epsilon's internal experts, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful marketing solutions, identifying new opportunities, and executing initiatives that transform client businesses. Your leadership, expertise in digital transformation, and deep understanding of the tech and data sectors will be essential in securing new business, fostering innovation, and enhancing client engagement, positioning Epsilon as a trusted partner in driving measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Achieve Drive Client Success: Establish strong, long‑term relationships with senior‑level stakeholders, ensuring that Epsilon’s Tech, Data, and Digital solutions are effectively integrated to meet client business goals and objectives. Expand Epsilon’s Footprint: Identify, shape, and close opportunities to grow Epsilon’s presence within the client organization, driving new business and expanding the use of Epsilon’s full suite of products and services. Lead Strategic Account Growth: Oversee the strategic planning of client accounts, including business planning, quarterly reviews, and budgeting, to align efforts and achieve measurable growth. Maximize Revenue: Lead sales efforts to exceed revenue targets, ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives while maintaining a focus on margin targets and sustainable business growth. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Publicis Groupe teams and Epsilon’s internal experts to drive innovative, data‑driven marketing solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives. Influence Marketing Transformation: Utilize deep expertise in digital transformation and data‑driven marketing to help clients solve complex business challenges and achieve their marketing goals, from customer acquisition to retention and business optimization. Deliver Thought Leadership: Provide expert guidance on integrating technology, data, and digital strategies to drive business outcomes, helping client harness the full potential of Epsilon’s services to achieve success. What You’ll Bring With You Extensive Industry Expertise: Over 15 years of leadership experience in driving revenue growth within the tech, data, and digital sectors, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, data‑driven strategies, and advertising technologies. Strong Client Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain senior‑level client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to help clients achieve their business objectives using Epsilon’s solutions. Strategic Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in strategic account planning, sales process leadership, and exceeding revenue and margin targets, while effectively aligning Epsilon’s solutions with client needs. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, finance, delivery) and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Compensation Range: $148,000 - $200,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
