Maintenance Lead

Our client is looking for a skilled Matainence and Reliability Lead responsible for maintenance and ensuring reliability of machinery and equipment in a FOOD Manufactruing environment. This role will oversee maintenance activities, lead inplementation and continuous improvement of PM program for food manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily Work orders and maintenance activities

Folow and promote all food safety and safety protocols

Resolve equipment issues with a high sense of urgency

Execute and improve all Preventative Maintenance Schedules and effectiveness

Operat equipment as necessary

Ideal Candidates will have:

5+ years maintenance experience in food manufacturing or regulated manufacturing

Experience with Safe Quality Food standards or HACCP

Problem Solving emphasis Flexibility of hours to support sites

Ability to travel as needs to support various sites

Available to candidates authorized to work for US empoloyers WITHOUT NEED FOR SPONSORSHIP.
