Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Tech $17.50 - $22.31/hr (salary range contingent upon experience, credential, education, and use of a second language). Why Join Us? Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under guidance of a case supervisor. RBTs develop competencies by attending mandatory staff training, staff meetings, and completing reading assignments. Implement interventions and skill-building techniques outlined by the case supervisor. Collaborate with clients' parents, teachers, and other professionals. Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plans. Work collaboratively with clients’ parents, teachers, and allied specialists to model and implement positive interventions. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. A valid RBT certificate. At least 2 years of RBT experience. Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits allowing driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage) and ability to travel to multiple locations. Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI. A current TB Test (within last 12 months). Environment & Physical Qualifications Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes. Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary.
