Overview Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. BCBA Responsibilities Develop individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills Conduct ABA assessments, such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other functional and skill-based evaluations Design and customize data-driven treatment plans based on assessment results Provide parent training and family support to ensure consistent implementation across environments Review and maintain data collection systems for ongoing ABA programs Monitor program effectiveness and modify treatment plans as needed Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and leadership Report client progress and treatment updates to the Clinical Director on a monthly basis Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing Willingness to obtain Ohio Board Certification (COBA) Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs Familiarity with ABA data collection platforms (Catalyst preferred) About Us At Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT), we are deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
