Job Summary
Supervise a designated clinical program and its staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsible for day-to-day operations, staff oversight, documentation review, and compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Serve as a key point of accountability for program performance and client outcomes within a defined service area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise clinical staff and daily operations of assigned program
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate services
Review documentation and ensure accuracy in electronic health records
Support crisis response and escalation protocols as needed
Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
