Job Summary

Pick up all college property that is no longer needed or used. This includes furniture, teaching aids, electronics, lost and found items etc. Prep items for sale or disposal. Keep accurate records. Work with other Facilities departments as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Able to lift 75 lbs. Complete and pass defensive driving and forklift training within 30 days of being hired. Able to safely operate wide variety of vehicles, truck, forklifts and other equipment. Able to wipe and reformat a wide variety of computers and other equipment. Able to use a wide variety of software MS word, Excel, Warehouse management, Package tracking, Sprocket, Etrieve, Power Point, able to work on work from Desktop computers, tablets, smart phone apps, or other mobile computer type devices. Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships across the College. Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Do you have a valid Utah driver's license or ability to obtain one? Do you have a High School Diploma or equivalent?
