Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician$3000 sign-on bonus! 100% travel but home on most weekends. Per diem, company vehicle, credit card provided!Milacron is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Texas/Oklahoma. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic injection/extrusion equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits.Work You'll Do:Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection/extrusion equipmentPerform schedule preventative maintenance activities on equipmentEffectively interface with customers in repairing equipment as neededEvaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairsInstall computer software programs to manufactured machinesQualifications:Associate degree in industrial electricity, electronic engineering technology, or other related field, or equivalent training and experience2+ years of experience working with hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsetsValid driver's license with clean driving recordWillingness to travel and work overtime as necessary2+ years of experience working with plastic injection/extrusion equipment or similar types of equipment or machine toolMechanical, electrical, machining, and hydraulic circuit skillsAbility to reach mechanical blueprints and electrical schematicsWho we are:Milacron is a global industrial leader in the manufacturing and distribution of highly engineered and customized injection molding and extrusion solutions, and aftermarket parts and service for the plastics processing industry.
