Overview Senior Level Service Engineer for the F-18 ALR-67(V)3 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program, based out of Jacksonville, FL. The role supports operations and engineering materials for the FRCSE Site Lead, manages maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and material logistics for ALR-67 systems. Responsibilities Provide OEM expert support on the ALR-67 system. Deliver ALR-67 training to artisans as needed. Perform continuous trend analysis to capture software and hardware faults. Improve ALR-67 troubleshooting techniques. Support the ALR-67(V)3 PBL FRCSE Site Lead with internal FRCSE material movement, technical failure information input, and material tracking. Coordinate material provision from off‑base warehouse to support timely repairs. Maintain inventory of ALR-67(V)3 material at FRCSE NAS Jacksonville, FL. Collaborate with government agencies and other contractors to maintain communication supporting the ALR-67 system. Recommend improvements to repair efforts to maximize productivity and cost savings. Analyze equipment failures to determine root cause and recommend corrective action. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (2 years with an advanced degree). Minimum four years of related maintenance, technical support, and/or repair experience of ALR-67(V)3 WRAs and SRAs. Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance, Secret level, required prior to start. U.S. citizenship required. Experience analyzing faults and overseeing troubleshooting and maintenance of production benches. Experience testing, analyzing, and troubleshooting software, hardware, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, subsystems, modules, components, test stations, test fixtures, and test software. Experience providing engineering and technical support services for repair of systems. Experience working in a classified laboratory setting and adhering to lab security policies and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Expertise with test equipment, especially the ALR-67 Test bench (UNIT-STE). Ability to provide training related to the ALR-67 systems to FRCSE personnel. Self‑motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision. Understanding of Navy customs and courtesies. Benefits and Compensation Competitive salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
