Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.Job Description SummaryThe Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Manager leads day-to-day data conversion and reporting activities for Workday HCM and Financials implementations. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, responsible for planning and managing data conversion tasks, leading report design and development, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, report-ready data throughout the implementation lifecycle.Qualifications5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.Preferred QualificationsPrior consulting experience on Workday implementations.Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).Position LevelManagerCountryUnited States of AmericaSummaryLocation: Chicago - 550 Van Buren; New York - 1166 Ave of Americas; Denver - 1331 17thType: Full time
