Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with specialized experience in home infusion and sterile compounding for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role requires a strong background in IV preparation and clinical pharmacy duties in a home infusion setting.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• On call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license (WI license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent home infusion pharmacy experience preferred
• At least 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience required
• CPR certification preferred
• Proven IV sterile compounding (IV) experience, up to date with standards
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills related to home infusion

Responsibilities:

• Verify IV orders for accuracy and safety
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room as needed
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care in home infusion
