Senior Corporate & M&A Counsel — Tech & Public Safety

Axon is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, to lead strategic M&A efforts and securities law compliance in a fast-paced tech safety company. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with the Board, Corporate Development, and SEC/Financial Reporting teams.
Location is Boston or NYC with a hybrid schedule; in-office Tue–Fri and remote Mon. Strong transactional experience at top firms and in-house exposure are highly valued.
