\n Are you an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, training others, and keeping a team on track? We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team!\n

\n This is a hands-on working Lead position — you’ll spend approximately 50% of your time working alongside the team on the warehouse floor and 50% supporting leadership responsibilities. You’ll play an important role in helping associates succeed while ensuring productivity, attendance, safety, and operational expectations are consistently met.\n

\n Location : Sumner, WA\n
Pay : $21.50\n
Schedule: Sun-Wed\n

\n

\n Hours: 6am-4:30pm - can vary\n

\n

\n

\n

\n What You’ll Be Doing \n

\n

\n
• Lead, train, and help delegate daily activities for warehouse associates
\n
• Work directly alongside the team while providing hands-on training and coaching
\n
• Support new and existing employees with skill development and performance improvement
\n
• Help ensure productivity and operational expectations are being met
\n
• Monitor and reinforce PPE and workplace safety requirements
\n
• Participate in regular safety walks and proactively address potential concerns
\n
• Assist with employee check-in and check-out at the beginning and end of the shift
\n
• Communicate attendance, performance, safety, and operational concerns to the Verstela team
\n
• Serve as a supportive point of contact between employees, Verstela, and the client
\n
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, team members, and other departments
\n
• Help create a positive, accountable, and productive work environment
\n
• Send reports and assist with scheduling in the absence of Supervisor
\n

• 6+ months in a lead role in a warehouse environment
\n
• Enjoys leading from the floor and working alongside their team
\n
• Is comfortable coaching, training, and giving direction to others
\n
• Communicates clearly and professionally
\n
• Is dependable and maintains consistent, punctual attendance
\n
• Is safety-focused and comfortable reinforcing workplace expectations
\n
• Works well with different personalities and levels of leadership
\n
• Is comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
\n
• basic computer skills required
\n

\n Physical Requirements \n

\n

\n This is an active warehouse position. You should be comfortable:\n

\n

\n
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
\n
• Standing and walking throughout the shift
\n
• Frequently stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
\n
• Performing regular warehouse duties while supporting the team
\n
• Using a computer as needed for Lead responsibilities
\n
