Required Cases: Orthopedics, general, podiatry, Gynecology, Ear/Nose/Throat, Neuro, Urology, Pain, Vascular, Plastics, Colorectal. No obstetrics. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic Care Team 4:1 Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges available License required
