Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and effective care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians, and accurately document patient care and related activities Educate guests and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques Participate in quality improvement initiatives to measure and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, medication lists, and treatment plans About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values compassion, innovation, and teamwork.
