Program Manager

Program Overview DCCA is recruiting candidates to support cutting‑edge research and engineering in the physical sciences for a government research and innovation lab. The contractor will provide world‑class researchers and critical facility, security, administration, networking, and cybersecurity support. Responsibilities Oversee all contract efforts and serve as primary point of contact for government counterparts. Lead execution of the contract, updating stakeholders on progress. Interface with government leadership on daily contractor activities and provide programmatic knowledge. Maintain ownership of assigned work across the contract. Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Minimum 10 years experience as a program/project manager on programs valued $15–25 M per year. At least 1 year managing funds using earned value management (EVM) or similar. Certified PMP, FAC‑P/PM mid‑level, or DAWIA Level 2. Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies. Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Desired Skills and Experience Experience with NSA, IC, or research organization focused contracts such as DARPA or IARPA. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Material Science, Physical Science, Physics, or related management degree. Knowledge of advanced manufacturing, sensing, advanced computer systems, solid state/quantum information sciences programs. Experience with laboratory operations, facility management, and support services. Experience with IT network operations, LAN/WAN/Wireless, desktop/server ops, system administration, security architectures. Salary and Benefits Proposed salary range: $150,000–$250,000.
