Position Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator supports pilot plant campaigns with a global leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing! This role focuses on safe, compliant execution of batch operations, equipment operation, and effective communication throughout the manufacturing process.

Contract @ $22/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Support and follow the direction of the Lead Technician during pilot plant campaigns
• Collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve process- and equipment-related challenges
• Assist in communicating batch status to chemists, analytical teams, and manufacturing support groups
• Complete all required training by assigned due dates
• Participate in daily group activities and meetings
• Develop proficiency in equipment operation, batch record documentation, and required calculations
• Follow all standard operating procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Promptly report all incidents (e.g., spills, exposures, cuts, abrasions) to management
• Perform all duties with safety as the highest priority

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments and bulk manufacturing operations
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and procedures
• High School Diploma
