Salary: $200,000 – $500,000 per year
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is proficient in general dentistry and enjoys providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient base. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and preventive care.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans for patients.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments in compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.
Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay current on advancements in dentistry and continue professional development.
