Job Description

Gestionarás y darás seguimiento al Programa de Becas, participando en el proceso de selección y siendo el punto de contacto con todos los becarios de la compañía y sus tutores.
Colaborarás en la creación, modificación y gestión de los materiales de Employer Branding .
Organizarás Mesas Redondas entre los becarios de los diferentes departamentos.
Coordinarás el Onboarding de los nuevos becarios.
Revisarás y gestionarás los convenios con escuelas y universidades.
Gestionarás altas y bajas en la Seguridad Social de los becarios
Captación y contacto de posibles candidatos por Linkedin.
Participaciparás en el plan táctico de RRHH .
Darás apoyo en la herramienta de Selección (SR).
Colaborarás en los diferentes proyectos de Talent Acquisition, así como otras áreas del departamento de RRHH

Qualifications

Estudiantes de Máster o Postgrado que previamente hayan cursado Grado en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales u otra titulación relacionada con la beca.
Nivel inglés C1.
Manejo de las herramientas Office.
