Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active FL SLP License required
• Experience or strong interest in working with high school or transition-aged students
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Familiarity with pediatric and adolescent speech-language diagnostics and interventions
• Comfort with documentation, IEP participation, and educational collaboration
• Experience in teletherapy or a school setting is welcomed
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students on your caseload
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Participate in ongoing professional development and engage with clinical mentors for support
• Advocate for students’ needs, ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines
