The role coordinates with campus personnel and consultants, reviews project submissions for compliance with codes and directives, and ensures projects meet programmatic needs on schedule and within budget. The position is based in Albany and requires significant travel within New York State.### Key qualifications* Associates degree with 10 years experience or Bachelor's/Master's degree with 10 years experience (professional license may substitute for 3-5 years)* Working knowledge of New York State Building Codes and applicable design and construction regulations* Understanding of construction practices, construction management procedures, and contract documents* Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office and project management applications* Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively in a team environment* Maintain certification as a Code Enforcement Officer
