That's why we actively seek individuals who share our passion for delivering top-tier solutions and driving continuous improvement.We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead and elevate our maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency. This role will oversee multi-shift maintenance teams and take a hands-on approach to resolving complex mechanical and electrical challenges. The ideal candidate will bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a customer-focused attitude that positively influences both internal operations and external support.Key Responsibilities:Champion a safety-first culture that not only meets but exceeds OSHA and industry standards.Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs.Evaluate and monitor equipment performance, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, uptime, and efficiency.Plan, manage, and implement capital improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.Develop, manage, and control annual budgets for capital expenditures and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials.Direct and support a multi-shift maintenance team, providing hands-on leadership and mentorship to maximize performance and accountability.Required Qualifications:Associate's or technical degree in mechanical or electrical systems.Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, electrical and PLC controls, and overhead crane operation.Strong diagnostic, administrative, and communication skills.Proven track record of effective team leadership and problem-solving.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.Experience reading schematics and technical documentation.Skilled in preparing reports and presenting to internal or external audiences.Ability to coach and mentor teams, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.Strong math and analytical abilities.Core Competencies:Brings a high-energy, solution-focused mindset to every challenge, consistently driving results in fast-paced environments.Displays unwavering reliability in attendance and punctuality, reinforcing team stability and production flow.Excels at managing competing priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight.Leverages technology and communication tools to drive clarity, accountability, and performance across departments.Operates with a strong sense of urgency, taking proactive steps to prevent issues and capitalize on opportunities.Follows through with precision—ensuring commitments are met, outcomes are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.Takes ownership of tasks and team outcomes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).Opportunities for professional development and growth within a global manufacturer.Equal Opportunity:IKG USA, LLC proudly supports equal opportunity employment.
