Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support employee performance and professional growth across the bank. Daily activities include conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, facilitating classroom and workshop sessions, and managing content through the learning management systems. The specialist collaborates with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements. This role also monitors training effectiveness, provides individual coaching as needed, and recommends improvements to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong Training & Development and Learning Management skills to plan, deliver, and track employee learning programs. Proficiency in Instructional Design to create engaging, clear, and effective learning content and curricula. Excellent Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate training sessions, support learners, and partner with leaders. Experience working in a financial services or highly regulated environment is preferred. Ability to analyze training needs, interpret performance data, and adjust programs accordingly. Comfort with using technology, including learning management systems and standard office software. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
