Program Support Assistant Positions

Under close supervision, supports Case Management/MSW functions related to payor pre-authorization/notification, utilization review submission, dept specific software maintenance and education, assist with patient travel authorization, specialized administrative assistance, record keeping, and general care-coordination tasks assigned by Case Management/MSW partners. We are hiring for Program Support Assistant positions at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Currently available schedules:

• Part-time, 0.6 FTE, Day shift, 24 hours per week.
• Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shift, hours per week are as needed and not guaranteed.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in a medical business office or hospital administrative setting.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
