Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
