Description Location 400 1ST AVE S,Fargo, ND, 58103-1901,United States Base Pay $14.13 - $17.66 / Hour Job Category Fitness Employee Type Part Time Fitness Associate: Fitness Associates greet all members and guests in a professional manner as you enter the fitness center and promotes the benefits of the facility in a positive manner and by example. Is available to members and guests to assist them. Keeps the fitness center organized and clean at all times to ensure safety. Requirements At least 18 years old All employees receive a free YMCA membership! Part-time employees begin accruing Sick Leave immediately upon hire and Paid Time Off (PTO) after one year of employment 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employee's monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan when the following requirements are met: The employee has been employed with the YMCA for 2 years The employee has worked 1,000 hours during each of any two 12-month periods The employee is 21 years of age or older Summary Shifts Needed: Several weekend shifts available Who are we?
