Global Benefits Specialist

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Global Benefits Specialist will manage benefits operations, ensure data accuracy, and provide team member support remotely while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the employee experience. Key responsibilities Support benefits operations including enrollments, status changes, and terminations across various platforms Reconcile payroll deductions and enrollment records, investigating discrepancies with relevant teams Create educational materials and deliver virtual orientations to simplify benefits information for team members Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, or another operational role Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to work independently with data Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and simplify workflows Proven ability to manage competing priorities and follow through independently Genuine interest in helping people and collaborating effectively across functions and countries
